Registration and Payment

You will establish a log in and password after you select your membership level.  You may pay on-line (preferred) or by mailing a check to GVRC PO Box 340355, Beavercreek, Ohio 45434-0355. 

****No Payments will be accepted at the pool****
*There will be a returned check fee $35.00 and the membership fees will then only be accepted via Paypal

Membership fees are due each year by April 30th. After April 30th a $50.00 late fee will incur. We will no longer send out reminder postcards to members, as of 2010.

If no Membership Dues are paid, stock will be reclaimed by GVRC at the end of the Season of no payment.

After your payment is received and your application is approved you will receive an e-mail confirmation. You will register your family members in the Club Sentry computer at the pool and have a digital photo taken of each family member. 

Please add gvrcpool@wildapricot.org and gvrc2673@gmail.com to your contacts or safe sender list to ensure proper delivery of all updates.
Please take your PayPal receipt to the pool on your first visit -- this will allow you to use the pool until your membership payment is reviewed and approved which may take several days.

NEW this year Annual Pass. This is a one year pass for either individual or family's that are not prepared to purchase stock. Annual Pass holders will not do any voting for Board Membership nor are they permitted to join the Board of Trustees.

Select the appropriate option below:  
New Members should select either Option 1a,1b,1c or 2.  
Current Members should select either Option 3, 4, or 5.  
Vested Members should select either Option 6 or 7.  Vested Membership is full. Eligible members can apply to be on the waiting list, but must otherwise maintain their membership as either Active or Inactive until approved. You must request reclassification to Vested Membership in writing to the Board of Trustees.
Any Member who has already paid by check, should select Option 8.  This will allow you to register your membership and will allow you to receive all future communications regarding your membership via e-mail.

***New 2013 VOLUNTEER FEE for 
ALL Stock Owners***
All stock owners will be assessed with a $20.00 Refundable Volunteer Fee. 
This charge has been enacted to pay the costs associated with the opening and closing of the pool. In the past we have counted on members volunteering to help with these tasks; however, each year this has become more of a burden on the Board of Trustees. Stock Holder families that volunteer 4 hours or more will be refunded the $20.00 in late September.
