Guest passes can be purchased by a GVRC Members only; Stock Holder, Trial, or Vested

• $10.00 for 5 and over, under 5 free. 

• $80.00  for 10

 

Member Add-on:

• $125.00 Family Stock Holders not applicable for Single + one 

• $150.00 for Trial Member

Members 12 and over can come to the pool alone, at the discretion of their parent. They must follow all regular pool rules or they are subject to losing the privilege of coming to the pool without adult supervision.

Caregiver/babysitter: 

• Must be 16 years of age or older.

• Only 1 caregiver can be listed on a membership, any additional will pay the guest fee.

• Member must have a dependent *12 or younger to qualify for a free caregiver. *Medical exceptions 

• A caregiver can not come without a member

• Caregivers are considered guests if parents are on premises or more than one caregiver are present.   

• Members who are babysitting children of non-members will be required to pay the standard guest fees for those children                 

• Conduct of guests is the direct responsibility of the sponsoring member. All regular pool rules apply to guests.  

                                                                            

Guest: 

• Anyone accompanying a Member to GVRC for the day that is not a dependent.  

• Guests must be signed in by a Member at front desk and fees can be paid online. 

• No children under 12 can enter the pool without a parent or caregiver. Caregiver must be over the age of 16.

• Conduct of guests is the direct responsibility of the sponsoring member. All regular pool rules apply to guests.

• Members may bring up to 3 guests per visit, anything over 3 guests the members need to book a party Book a Party

Non-swimming guest: Anyone who is attired in street clothes or non-swim wear who is admitted to the pool area at the discretion of the pool manager/staff.  Guests in swim wear “just going to lay in the sun” will pay the regular guest fee.

Chaise/chair policy:

Adults have preference on the chairs and chaise lounges (see rules now posted behind the diving board). Parents, we ask that you help us out and remind your children to vacate the chairs and loungers when we are busy and adults are looking for chairs. We all pay to belong to the pool and it is only fair that all members have an opportunity to enjoy our facility. If you wonder if your teenager qualifies as an adult, the answer is: most likely not. Adults are defined in this situation as those who are NOT listed as dependents on the membership.
