​Caregivers & Babysitters

• Must be 16 years of age or older.

• One caregiver can be listed on a Family stockholder membership. Any additional caregiver is subject to regular guest fee.

• Member must have a dependent *11 or younger to qualify for a free caregiver. *Medical exceptions 

• To qualify for a complimentary caregiver, the membership must include a dependent age 11 or younger. Medical exemptions may apply.

• The sponsoring member is responsible for the conduct of guests, caregivers and babysitters.

 Guidelines 

• A caregiver may not visit GVRC without a member.

• A caregiver is considered a guest if either parent is on premises. Regular guest fees apply for the caregiver in this instance. 

• Members who are babysitting "watching" non-members  must pay standard guest fee for those children. This includes but not limited to grandchildren.  

• All caregivers, babysitters, and guests must follow all pool rules.

                                                                           

Guests

Who is considered a guest?

• Anyone accompanying a GVRC Member who is not a dependent on the membership.

• All guests must be signed in by a Member at front desk.

• Guest fees are paid online.

Children under 12

• Guests under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.

• Caregivers must be at least 16 years old.

Guest Limits

• Members may bring up to 4 guests per visit

• Groups over 4 must book a party  Book a Party

Non-swimming guest

• A non-swimming guest is someone visiting the pool area in street clothes or non-swim attire and not participating in swimming or sun bathing.

• Admission of non-swimming guests is at the discretion of the pool manager or staff.

• Anyone wearing swim attire or using the pool for recreational purposes, including sunbathing, is considered a regular guest and must pay the applicable guest fee.

• The sponsoring member remains responsible for their guest's  conduct and all GVRC pool rules apply.
