Have a Party at the Pool!!!

 

In order to host a party at GVRC, you must be a member in good standing, as defined by the current by-laws. Any sports' team, club, troop parties and party over 35 people must have prior approval by the Board of Trustees. There are two areas available for party rental: Parties will run no longer than 2 hours 45 minutes; including setup and cleanup. Times are as follows: 12-2:45, 3-5:45, and 6-8:45.  You may choose either the "Woods Area" near the playground or "Awning Area" near the main entrance.

• Online only! Reserve Awning Area  

•                         Reserve Wooded Area

• Must be a Member at GVRC.

• Per rental agreement Party is limited to 25 people. Additional people, up to 10 people, will be charged normal guest fees. Guest fees will come from the members account balance and are the member's responsibility.

• We need a one week notification of cancellation for a refund.

• If the cancellation is due to the weather: we will refund or reschedule if the weather causes the pool to close; if the pool is open there are no refunds or rescheduling.
